Photos and videos may be taken during the conference for promotional use. By registering, you grant and authorize the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets.
This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless said authorization is revoked in writing by email to ehowe@themedicaleducator.com with the understanding that, depending on the size of the picture or group picture, I may still be in the background of a photo/video used for promotional use.
